We stayed at the Maya Hotel for our first wedding night many years ago, so we decided to revisit for our anniversary and refresh some special memories. Unfortunately, our experience this time was nothing short of disappointing. We opted for the evening buffet, but the service was appalling. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet the food was served cold. When we pointed this out, it was simply reheated rather than freshly prepared. The lack of basic customer service skills from the management, particularly Rajesh Kumar, was shocking. Hospitality requires attentiveness and professionalism—qualities that were completely absent here. Sadly, this visit has erased any fond memories we had of this place. We will not be returning and certainly would not recommend it to others. A serious management overhaul is needed if they hope to improve. Service: 1
