Be aware and check your Bill thoroughly. **Very disappointing and unethical experience at Mithas, Kanpur.** They added items to my bill that I never ordered and included them without informing me. Because of this, the total bill was made around ₹1,400+, whereas my actual order value was only ₹861. When I pointed out the mistake and asked for a corrected bill, instead of re-issuing a proper bill, they casually said “No sir, we have just reduced the price”*, which is completely unacceptable. On top of this, I ordered one samosa priced at ₹15, but they charged ₹25. When questioned, they claimed it was an “extra large samosa”, even though nothing like that was mentioned while ordering. This clearly feels misleading and intentional. When I refused to pay without proper bill, they issued a new bill of 861 attached for reference. This kind of practice looks like **billing fraud**, where extra items and higher prices are quietly added, hoping customers won’t notice. I strongly advise customers to **check their bills carefully** before paying. Very disappointing experience and a serious loss of trust.

Recent visit on 14 jan 26 we ordered chole bhature that taste quality are 3rd class and one full plate kachori thali quantities of sabzi are so low literally 1 ladle only .paid 360₹ get low quality and specialy quantity tasteless food.new service staff is bad in comparison to old staff in service .
