The counter staff here is extremely unprofessional rude, inattentive, and more occupied with his phone than assisting customers. He couldn’t even take orders properly, yet was assigned to the front counter. Reading other reviews, this seems to be a repeated issue. I truly hope the management hires or trains a professional person instead of continuing with such staff.
