Mio Amore deliberately sent a half-rotten cake on my birthday. I could not even lodge a complaint and ask for a replacement due to lack of time. Therefore, I had to celebrate my Birthday with family and friends without a cake. We had to throw the entire cake away, and myself and my family's reputation suffered a tremendous hit. I still cannot fathom how a brand like Mio Amore can deliver rotten cakes to its customers on their birthdays. Shame on them and their brand.
