Minimal Coffee Roasters is guaranteed to put a smile on your face. Grab a flat white, sit outside, soak in the sun, and enjoy a really good cup of coffee. I don’t know much about the coffees they roast, but I do know this, they roast in-house, and they do it really well. Great coffee, great vibe, and honestly, I’m already sad I won’t be back for another year to hang out at their new spot.

So these guys make the best Flat White anywhere in India. The rest of their coffees and beverages are right up there, too. I'll go so far as to say they really are a pride of Mysore. Hope you guys stay the same for good time!
