Tried Flat white and Americano. Both were great. Costed ₹300 for the two. Minimal Coffee Roasters is a hidden gem tucked away on a quiet street, easily missed if you’re not paying attention. Despite its unassuming exterior, stepping inside reveals a delightful surprise. My kind of place. I indulged in a pour-over from their selection of beans, and it did not disappoint. The barista’s attention to detail and friendly demeanor enhanced the experience. While their accompaniment options are limited, it aligns perfectly with their concept. What truly sets this place apart is its community-centric vibe. The communal seating encourages interaction with fellow coffee enthusiasts, spilling onto the street in a charming display of a local community coffee shop. Sitting on the front porch, savoring my cup of coffee while observing the movements of the street, is my perfect coffee experience. It’s no wonder that Minimal Coffee Roasters has quickly become one of my favorite coffee shop experiences. I’ll definitely make it a point to visit whenever I’m in Mysuru.
