A very bad experience I purchased a cake with a fire stick but when I used a fire stick that was a blast and all Ashes dropped on the cake. when I told this incident to the shop owner he refused to change the cake. As a responsible shop owner he had to understand customer concerns. It is part of the sale after service, but there is Zero service with zero responsibility.
