This review is regarding today’s incident which took place somewhere around 11:10 am, i am mentioning the timing because I want the managers and shop owner to check the camera footage regarding this incident.. so I entered the shop and there was 2 employees on the counter one female and male (male was tall fair with green/blue eyes) i waited till they finish there tasks first because i was able to see that they were billing and packing some other customer’s cake. So once there billing was done i asked the male employee to pack one chocolate to kill pastry and one decadent mousse pastry along with almond cake so he replied saying me that there are only two of them on the counter so it will take time so I requested him saying sir i have a train at 11:30 so please give me as soon as possible so he just ignored my urgency and continued billing still i was waiting patiently then i again said sir i have a train please give or else i will miss the train then he asked me to do the payment it was Rs300/- and i was waiting for him to pack first then i will pay the amount as soon as he saw that i am not paying he raised his voice and said your total is Rs300 and i said i am waiting for you to pack first then he said to his female colleague that ( yanche lavkar pack kar bai nahitari yanchi train miss hoil) in sarcasm and at this point I felt humiliated because i was not begging for anything i was buying the products from my hard earned money and i didn’t had any problem in waiting if they would have requested me saying man please wait for 2 mins and i wanted to take pastries with me for my nephew because he likes only Merwans’s cakes. Plus i have also worked in merwans for 3 years before when there was different owners and i am writing this long review because i have seen the other side of the counter as well and also i want to highlight one more point there were only two customers including me and still your employee has the audacity to say that we are only two of us on the counter i mean i have also worked there so i know how things work you can pack the item simultaneously while billing and am sorry to say this but they dont know what customer service is i like to visit merwans because i have so many memories and plus everybody in my family loves merwans but if this the experience we are going to get then we will never visit again.. so i want all the seniors to look into this matter and teach your employees some customer service and am saying this because i am also working as an air hostess and I exactly know what is customer service and how to talk to customers. This experience was really disappointing and disheartening because you cannot humiliate your customers. Service: Takeaway Service: 1 Noise level: Very quiet Wait time: Up to 10 min
