We bought black forest 3 pieces and Death By Chocolate 2 pieces along with one piece of White Forest cakes. Rest all are fine yet THE WHITE FOREST PIECE FELT ROTTEN AND VERY SOUR IN TASTE. THE SHOP SHOULD BE AWARE OF THE EDIBLE ITEMS WHICH COULD BE FEED TO KIDS. MONEY GOT WASTED WITH WHITE FOREST CAKE AND THE TRANSPORTATION EXPENSE ALSO GONE FOR A TOSS. I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT IN FOOD SAFETY DEPARTMENT IF MY KID (WHO GOT FED A PIECE OF WHITE FOREST CAKE) FACE FOOD POISON. Food: 1

Yesterday 6-4-2025 I ordered 1.5 Kg of Black Forest cake. Nearly it took 3 hrs for me to receive the cake before which they dealt with almost 15 customers who came and ordered after me. Such a worst customer service I came across. Ok let’s keep this aside after receiving I asked them to check the weight of the cake which I ordered where 1.5 kg Black Forest cake measured 1.3 kg (including bottom board weight) immediately after me another customer asked to check his cake where 1/2 kg cake measured just 370 gms (including board weight) none of them answered there and I raised this concern to the owner. He was also not responded properly. So i believe this is a regular practice there in Merrie Berrie .. I would request every customer to check the weight of the cake before you buy from this shop. #worstcustomerservice #badquality #cheatinginquantity fool of??? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
