I was last moment informed that the butter garlic prawns was not available and the restaurant guy offered me other options. But I chose a refund of Rs. 249 and they said it will be added to my account. It’s been a couple of hours I have not got a call from this stupid restaurant, also note none of their Phone numbers are working and after querying with Zomato, they tell me to forgive and forget this case. Please people do not order from this restaurant as this is highly unprofessional both from Zomato and the restaurant Miso Chinese Kitchen. Zomato tells me to bear the loss and I have attached screen shots of the chat so if they cannot bear a rupee loss, how u expect the customer to bear the same. Please members, do not order from this restaurant as this is a new way of cheating their customers and a new scam
