Absolutely ridiculous experience.I called ahead to check about reservations and was clearly told they don’t take any—“first come, first serve” is what they said. I even clarified on the call because they usually ask if we’ve reserved when we show up, and I was reassured there was no booking system.But when I got there? I was told I should’ve reserved a table in advance—via an app, no less. What app? Why wasn’t that mentioned on the call? This kind of miscommunication is just unacceptable. It’s like the staff have no clue what each other is saying or doing.If you can't even get your basic communication right, maybe you shouldn’t be running a restaurant. Totally disorganized. Won’t be going back. Worst experience ever.

Don’t go by the 4.7 rating. The food is nowhere close to the rating. We ordered prawn crostini which was smelly and didn’t look fresh. Pepperoni pizza in which the base was not properly baked. Ravioli was extremely thick. spaghetti also lacked flavors.

The Big Chill cafe is one of my and my friend’s favourite places to visit whenever we crave some good pasta, pizza and an amazing cold coffee. As far as the desserts are concerned, I like their cheesecakes a lot and can’t pick and choose one. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner
