I visited The Big Chill Cafe recently, and I was quite disappointed. The prices are highly overpriced for the quantity served—there are several other places offering better food with much betetr portions. The menu is confusing and not well-structured, making it difficult to choose. The burgers and pizzas were particularly disappointing, as they were undercooked and had a stale taste. Overall, the food quality and menu organization need significant improvement. AND THE PRICING HAS TO BE RECONSIDERED.
