I have been taking meal service in Pune location from mealslab, however, the policies and services of the company are not as portrayed. The dinner meal is delivered at 5-6pm in the evening, what’s the purpose of such meal if dinner is usually consumed around 8:30-9pm. The packaging is also poor they just send a plastic container without even a paper bag packing. The food stays idle and open at building reception everyday, it’s uncomfortable that passerby can peep into it, no privacy. I asked for subscription cancellation and refund for which they duly cancelled subscription but not refunded stating company policy. Very nice, take money from people in advance and then harass customer with poor service and upon cancellation don’t pay back as well! Not recommended for anyone! Their service is absolutely terrible, I took a 1 month plan and paid for it or ordered 26 meal boxes but ordered only 13 boxes, the rest of the days they pass, the staff is on leave or the chicken is not available. If it remains then it itself is not available. Or don't pick up my phone or forget the refund. My biggest mistake was this Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Service: 1 Recommended dishes: 200gm Chicken Meal

Once you pay them they won’t respond. 5 days a month chicken is not available so they send veg meals. Once they sent me a meal without chicken without paneer, just rice. Now they’ve stopped their service without refunding remaining amount. Not recommended. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
