McDonald's is one of my favorite restaurants because of the freshness they consistently deliver. My family and I particularly appreciate this quality. I also have the privilege of serving as a regular coach and consultant for McDonald's employees, where I provide training on Data Analytics and Data Storytelling. What impresses me most is how well the staff are trained in customer service—they know how to behave professionally and interact warmly with customers. As a result, you'll almost always experience courteous service. The restaurants are kept neat and clean, and we love spending time there since it's budget-friendly as well.
