I have been dining here occasionally but this visit was remarkable because extraordinary service given by smart and customer centric employee - “Prema”. She not only helped us to order the food but gave us tips on clubbing orders into meals etc. Upon offering Tips, she politely declined the tip. Wonderful service , hope we see such employees across all MacD locations. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400

AC is not working, customers are suffocating inside. What is the use of such infrastructure then? Also the food is terrible for the price: worst McDonald's I have ever visited. At this point, even other McDonald's outlets have become just average. I WOULD RATHER EAT WADA PAV. So should YOU. Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1
