I am writing to express my disappointment following a recent experience at your Providence Mall location in Pondicherry. I must preface this by saying that this particular McDonald's is typically an excellent establishment, providing high-quality service and products. It is for this reason that my recent visit was particularly disappointing. During my last order of a McChicken, I found that the sandwich was poorly prepared. The ingredients were not arranged properly, causing the McChicken to fall apart inside its box. This made the sandwich difficult to eat and detracted from the overall experience. While I understand that errors can occur, the proper assembly and presentation of the food are essential to the customer's satisfaction.
