Ordered a Cappuccino at Downtown on NH 44 ( near Pathankot ) it was served near cold . when I approached the staff to microwave same and give me hot cappuccino Staff said they don’t have any facility to heat up coffee .very surprising approach to customer service by a globally fast food chain Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400
