There were an excessive number of mosquitoes inside a McDonald's restaurant, making it an uncomfortable experience for the customers. We requested the staff to close the billing window, as it was likely allowing mosquitoes to enter, but despite our request, they did not close that small window. In that particular McDonald's restaurant, some of the lights were not functioning properly, creating a dim and somewhat uninviting atmosphere for the customers. The staff at McDonald's were not providing unlimited servings of sauce (SOS). Instead, they were only giving three packets, even though there were six of us dining there, which was quite inconvenient for our group. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: mc Chicken Burgur

Visited this McDonald's outlet at Visinio Mall today with my friend, and my experience was not that great. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of Laxman—he was extremely helpful and cooperative. However, my order was delayed by almost 25 minutes, and the staff, especially one guy (I think his name was Sahil, possibly the manager), was not professional or cooperative at all. His attitude made the experience worse. Despite that, Laxman made an effort to assist me, which I really appreciate. Overall, the experience was just okay, nothing exceptional. Love the iced coffee + peri peri fries combo here! We get the best iced coffee here considering we can modify the taste as per our requirements. This is hands down the best outlet of McD. The staff here is extraordinary. Special mention to Lakshmana, Hrithik and Tushar who have consistently strived and provided us with top notch services.. This staff and their kind and friendly demeanor along with the appetizing food & beverages has definitely inspired us to become a regular customer at this outlet of McD so much so that it has become our 2nd home!
