Extremely disappointing service! The main ordering counter was closed, and the self-ordering kiosks were confusing and cluttered with upselling prompts. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, staff were standing around without offering any assistance or taking orders. Everyone, including us, spent at least 5–10 minutes struggling with the self-order system. 1 extra star for table service! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Hi all! On 03-05-2025, my friend and I visited McDonald's at Hitech City Main Rd in the evening. We ordered: 2 Cold Coffees 2 Softies 2 McFloats The restaurant was fully crowded, and the ambience was cozy and nice. Ordering experience: Unfortunately, the self-ordering screens weren’t working properly—they kept getting stuck, which was frustrating. Staff experience: One staff member was quite rude to us. I made the payment through the PhonePe app, and although the amount was deducted from my account, that staff person insisted they didn’t receive it. He told me the amount would be refunded within 7 working days. When I asked for proof or clarity, he ignored me and spoke disrespectfully. My friend got angry and reminded him to give respect and take respect. Finally, they called the manager, who handled things professionally and sorted it out. They gave us our order and took my phone number in case the refund came through, saying they would follow up. Overall: A bit of a bad experience due to the payment issue and the rude staff, but I appreciate the manager stepping in to resolve the situation. Accepts the orders from online platform and the delivery partner waits there for an hour but restaurant does not respond. Tried calling the restaurant but none works, they are either busy or no incoming.
If you do not have capacity to take or serve order, it would be better to not accept the orders, atleast this way customer would not wait and instead move to other place.
