I visited McDonald's located in the lower ground floor of a building in Hitec City. Convenience - Location: On the lower ground floor, making it easily accessible within the building. - Drive-thru: McDonald's here has a drive-thru which is super convenient for quick pickups without leaving your car. Ambience & Offerings - Space: There's a lot of space inside the cafe area, comfortable for dining in. - McCafé: McDonald's at Hitec City also has McCafé inside, offering coffee, pastries, and other McCafé treats alongside regular McDonald's menu items like burgers, fries, and more. Overall McDonald's at Hitec City is a convenient spot with a drive-thru for quick grabs and plenty of space inside for dining. With McCafé onboard, you get both quick bites and coffee treats. It's a practical choice for a quick meal or coffee break in Hitec City. One of the worst outlets in Hyderabad. The food I ordered took almost 40 minutes to come and i had to get the manager to finally prepare my order. The staff was really indecent and was laughing even after the food was 40 minutes late. I'd recommend going to nearby fastfood restaurant rather than this outlet of McD. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Accepts the orders from online platform and the delivery partner waits there for an hour but restaurant does not respond. Tried calling the restaurant but none works, they are either busy or no incoming.
If you do not have capacity to take or serve order, it would be better to not accept the orders, atleast this way customer would not wait and instead move to other place.
