Dear McDonald's Kalkaji, Your service needs serious attention. After 15 unanswered calls, someone finally picked up—almost like it was a favour. Please understand that when customers call repeatedly, especially those with allergies, it's not for fun—it's for safety. If this level of neglect continues, it's only a matter of time before someone shows up in person, not for a meal, but for answers.
