I had a very disappointing experience at the McDonald’s outlet operated by Hardcastle Restaurants Pvt. Ltd., located at Om Sakthi Plaza, Kilpauk Garden Road, Chennai (Opposite Bhavana School). I visited with my family and waited in the billing queue for almost 30 minutes. Only after standing for so long did the counter staff member,inform me that online payments were not accepted and only cash was allowed, asking me to either pay in cash or leave the store. Since I was with my family and had already waited a long time, I had to leave the outlet and find an ATM to withdraw cash, which took another 30 minutes. After returning with the cash, I was made to wait for an additional 15 minutes before my order was finally taken. The way the situation was handled by the staff was very unprofessional and disappointing. Customers should be informed about payment limitations beforehand, not after waiting in a long queue. Such service is unacceptable from a global brand like McDonald’s. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied and has seriously affected my willingness to visit this outlet again. I hope the management looks into this issue and takes corrective action to ensure other customers do not face the same inconvenience. Incredibly slow. This branch does not seem prepared to handle a payday Saturday crowd (which is not even much of it, to begin with). Come to this branch if yiu are willing to wait for over 15 minutes for your order to be served. It is definitely not fast food. Service: 1

We organised our daughter's birthday party on 15th November at the McDonald's, Kilpauk branch. We selected this branch because our original party venue was unavailable at the last minute. The manager Mr.Prashanth Joshua was very kind and accomodating and he helped us in making the party a great success. The party hall was private for a small gathering with party games organised and it was very spacious. The birthday combos were quite filling and tasty too. We were satisfied with all the arrangements .Will definitely visit again. Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
