Faltu place hai.. mexican corn and cheese me jalapeños kon nahi daalta hai??? Pagal samjha hai kya? Baaki macd vale kyu daal rahe hai jalapeños? On the top of it, the people there are not even ready to accept there fault!!!!! And paying extra for mexican corn and cheese than normal corn and cheese Go to Ambli rd Macd, never here Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I usually don’t write reviews, but I’ve had enough. Every time I visit this McDonald’s, the experience is consistently disappointing. The tables are always dirty, and no one seems to bother cleaning them. The staff is not so good and completely uninterested in customer service it feels like we’re disturbing them just by walking in. The atmosphere is far from welcoming, with a dull, unhygienic vibe that makes you want to leave as soon as possible. The food is okay nothing great, just average but the poor service and unclean environment ruin the whole experience. Sadly, this seems to be the standard here. Definitely not coming back. Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I never posted review or comments any where. Today I am doing it bcoz I had worst experienced with McDonald's manager. I had ordered Burger from SWIGGY included 8 combo. However, 2 Mac Aloo tikki and Veg puff was missing in that ordered. I have checked the parcel was seal pack while SWIGGY delivered. I made a call to McDonald's to requesting check whether they missed to add in parcel. A manager said it's not our fault. I packed your ordered. I requested him to atleast verified with their system rather then giving direct answer. He said I packed your ordered and I know very well I packed all stuffs. I requested him to atleast check as human can error. He replied with very attitude "I am manager, I do not about others but I never do mistake. If you want then please come with police complaint. Very very rude behaviour. " I am requesting to give Six Sigma certificate to that manager as he never made a mistake in his life. I really appreciated SWIGGY they initiated refund for missing items. Price per person: ₹1,600–1,800 Service: 1
