I never posted review or comments any where. Today I am doing it bcoz I had worst experienced with McDonald's manager. I had ordered Burger from SWIGGY included 8 combo. However, 2 Mac Aloo tikki and Veg puff was missing in that ordered. I have checked the parcel was seal pack while SWIGGY delivered. I made a call to McDonald's to requesting check whether they missed to add in parcel. A manager said it's not our fault. I packed your ordered. I requested him to atleast verified with their system rather then giving direct answer. He said I packed your ordered and I know very well I packed all stuffs. I requested him to atleast check as human can error. He replied with very attitude "I am manager, I do not about others but I never do mistake. If you want then please come with police complaint. Very very rude behaviour. " I am requesting to give Six Sigma certificate to that manager as he never made a mistake in his life. I really appreciated SWIGGY they initiated refund for missing items. Service: 1 Price per person: ₹1,600–1,800
