The staff stationed outside the restaurant is rude and unprofessional. They bluntly communicate waiting time and deny holding prior bookings whether you have family, guests or elders with you or even if done through Zomato Gold also. The food is good and the staff INSIDE is pleasant and service quick. Such restaurants must understand that reception of guests is what makes the first impression right or wrong and when its the latter it messes up their image big time for guests.
