Definitely unique and amazing flavor. The uniqueness comes from fresh mutton meat from Himachal, clay pot (handi) and mix of whole spices and then meat being cooked on charcoal for hours without any adtive of baking powder to speed up the cooking process, which we all know it upsets stomach.
