Enjoy Taj Mahal - Replica in Bangalore by default, the guests' piece of advice is to come to this restaurant as well. All the guests love gorgeous Vegetarian cuisine at Mast Kalandar. At this place, pay attention to nicely cooked biryani.

The good service is its well-known plus.

Bad expeience, what ever we were ordering was not available. Finally settled with some compromise Dish. Not recommended. Only plus, location on BG Road for easy access.

Well it is for sure the worst of Mast Kalandar's outlet.
Started with not receptionist not providing me the bill and then charging few bucks above the bill. If this wasn't enough the food was stale and unhygienic. The rice had a small cockroach, you can check out the pic. The 37 rupee julab jamun was broken and stale.
Only good part was the sitting arrangment.Even the water in the restaurant was dirty.

Another example of potential lost. With the kitsch neo delhi urban decor, the wonky scooter the theme of the eatery had enough going for it to be a bustling hub of young loud groups. Its execution that is lacking in this venture. I went with a couple of friends for a late lunch and the food did not disappoint. Its extremely cheap and the quality is better than most of the competition out there in this genre. Gobi and alu paratha was fantastic and it was accentuated with the daal makhni. The people are friendly and food is served quick and hot. Now for the things that work against this place..no loo..I mean what kind of an eatery has no loo? A sultry sink behind a wall of wet ropes is all you have if you want some fresh water to clean up before/after a meal. Also it might be a one off but that time the place did smell a little off. So much could be done with a little bit of TLC and god knows that this place needs some especially when its sitting between a McD and The french loaf.
