The item description said beef strips steak will be served with mash potato but I did NOT receive it. So as much as the best part of it was nice, an item was missing and it felt like an incomplete meal. Hence the reduced rating.

Veggies and mashed potato's were good. But the beef was not good quality and had so many tapeworms kind of worms inside, it was disturbing enough that I didn't want to take picture.

Had same dish yesterday from room service. It was delicious and amazing. Today had it delivered through zomato and it was depressing. Eggs had no flavor except the cheese. Chicken sausages were tasteless as well. As my spouse stated, "tastes like puke". The potato wedges had no seasoning as well. They were soggy also. The cold coffee shake was really tasty. Yesterday we had the orange juice and it was the best we've ever had. I suggest only dining in. Definitely do not get delivered. I'd recommend room. service except the Park Residency hotel is a hell hole.
