Masala Darbar is a new restaurant in Salt Lake which serves a variety of pure veg dishes. I tried some of the signature dishes from their menu. • Tandoori Aloo Biryani - The biryani was very delicious. It had three well-grilled and spiced baby potatoes. Inspite of being an ardent fan of non-veg biryani, I loved this ! • Amritsari Combo - This combo was my favourite. It had two kulchas, chole and dum aloo. The combo was simply out of this world. Highly recommended ! • Malai Soya Chap Kebab - The soya kebabs were very soft and juicy. It was layered with lots of cream. • Tandoori Momos - I never thought veg momos can be so delicious. The stuffing was great and they were perfectly grilled. Overall, I had an amazing experience at Masala Darbar. The food was very delicious, the portions were huge and the pricing is extremely nominal. I would recommend everyone to visit Masala Darbar and explore their great food and hospitality.
