Worst quality food and very ill behaved staffAbsolutely the worst dining experience of my life. The food was a complete disaster—stale naan that tasted like cardboard, watery dal that looked (and smelled) like dishwater, and a chicken curry swimming in oil with chunks of meat so tough I nearly chipped a tooth. The "masala" was just a sad sprinkle of chili powder; no flavor, no spice, just regret. Even the rice was undercooked and clumpy. I’ve had better meals from a gas station microwave. The staff were beyond rude—the waiter rolled his eyes when I asked for water, mumbled something under his breath, and slammed the plates on the table like he was angry at the cutlery. When I politely pointed out the food was cold, the manager shrugged and said, “That’s how it is.” No apology, no offer to fix it—just pure attitude. They ignored us for 20 minutes after we asked for the bill, then argued about the tip like we owed them a favor. Avoid this place at all costs. Masala Darbar is a stain on the name of Indian cuisine. Save your money and your sanity—eat anywhere else. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200
