Worst Experience over the service and order execution. On buy one get one free offer they refuse to offer 2nd PIZZA citing that once order placed can't be cancelled, billing executive didn't add 2nd pizza in order while taking order. They made a mistake and when asking for an explanation, they behaved rudely by making us wait and refusing to resolve their staff mistake. In a nutshell, the worst experience in service and hospitality. P.S. The owner-manager was busy chewing Mava & using phone & disinterested in the customer's complaint. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection
