Absolute Disaster: O' Kareem's "Biryani" is a Health Hazard and an Oil Slick Order Details: Chicken Biryani (1 Small, 1 Half) Swiggy Order (Amount: 666). Date of Experience: 18th November 2025. Location: O' Kareem Restaurant, Master Canteen Chowk, Bhubaneswar. If I could give zero stars, I would. This was, without exaggeration, the worst culinary experience I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. The experience with O' Kareem's Chicken Biryani was not just disappointing; it was genuinely repulsive and frankly, a health concern. The moment the packaging was opened, the stench of stale spices and low-grade oil was overwhelming. What was supposed to be a fragrant, layered biryani was instead a horrifying pool of grease. The rice was not merely cooked with oil; it was literally floating in an oil slick. Every grain of rice was swimming, completely saturated in a yellowish-red film that oozed with every spoonful. I have attached a photo (if applicable) that barely does justice to the sheer volume of excessive fat polluting the container. This establishment clearly shows an astonishing disregard for basic human health and quality standards. Serving food with this obscene level of oil is dangerous and reflects a profound lack of professionalism. This isn't food; it's a coronary waiting to happen. To call this slop "Biryani" is an insult to the art of cooking. The taste was as abysmal as the presentation—salty, greasy, and completely unbalanced. It was, without a doubt, a 3rd Class Biryani unworthy of any price, let alone the Rs 666 we paid. Do yourself and your digestive system a massive favor: AVOID O' KAREEM RESTAURANT. This is a stupid nonsense restaurant that needs to seriously reassess its kitchen practices and start thinking about the public health of its customers before another unedible, oily disaster leaves its premises. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ₹600–800
