The food was too delicious. The ambience, really amazing, perfect hygiene maintenance, and the service was top-notch. I would specially mention Mr. Prasanta Deb, the manager who took our booking in advance and till the end, made sure we had no issues and problems. Well done! Worth recommending people to try this place which offers such elegant ambience and bears such beautiful service providers.

Earlier, the quantity—especially the rice portion—used to be good for the price. But now, the rice serving has become quite small compared to before.

I have had food from Marco Polo quite a few times. Over the times the quality of food has slowly deteriorated and finally has reached a point of becoming not edible. Quality of packaging is sarak chap (atrocious). Good bye Marco Polo.
