These people are so inefficient towards there business that don’t care for customers time and value of the work they have to deliver.
I have been trying to book a banquet hall with them for last 5 days but to the surprise they are not bothered about calling and giving us the right budget or coordinating with us for our needs .
I felt like begging behind them for my needs
And felt mantraa is so much loaded with customers that they fee they r the pioneers in the market and they don’t need to go to the customer for business but customer has to beg them for giving them a hall.
Very bad bad coordination .
I don’t want to name the perosn . But I think it a high time for the Mantraa Managment to think about the manager who they have kept for business development.
A pretty slow perosn . Not at all aggressive towards the growth of business.
The perosn who has been left with no option only will go to mantra banquet hall.

I visited this place first time with my office colleagues. A very romantic place to have dinner. The food quality and quantity is great and their dishes plating was also nice. The staff is also very attentive and friendly. Their deserts are delicious. Try here kababs and Sizzlers. Will definitely recommend this place.
