I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff is not cooperative at all and seems uninterested in helping customers. The service is extremely slow, and it feels like they don’t care about guests’ needs or comfort. I expected basic hospitality, but sadly, this place failed to deliver. I visited Manna Restaurant in Ghatkopar after reading so many good reviews, but my experience was very disappointing due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff — especially the bald guy taking orders. We initially ordered drumsticks, and just a few seconds later, I politely asked to change it to another starter. Instead of accommodating the request, he started giving unnecessary excuses and said things like “the owner has to do that, he’s not here now.” Later, we ordered meat keema, and after punching the order, he casually said that mutton was out of stock. This is unacceptable service — how can you confirm an order and then say the item isn’t available? I agree the food tastes good, but the service feels like a dhaba. The person taking orders clearly lacks basic customer service skills or training. After traveling all the way just to try this place, this is not the kind of experience anyone expects. Please look into this and train your staff to treat customers respectfully. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 5 Service: 1
