We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mango Train Catering for making our wedding reception truly memorable with their exceptional food and service. The menu was a feast in itself—the chicken dum biriyani was the highlight, melting in the mouth with perfection, the duck roast equally rich in flavour, and the paal kappa with fish curry was a delightful traditional touch. The refreshing welcome drinks, soft appam, and coin porotta added to the variety. The cashew pulav and paneer butter masala also won hearts among the vegetarian dishes, receiving equal praise. Each dish was appreciated by our guests, and everyone had their own favourite, which speaks for the overall success of the spread. A special word of thanks to the service team, who carried themselves with grace and professionalism. Their courteous manners, neat appearance, and thoughtful care for our guests, along with the cleanliness and hygiene maintained in the dining spaces, made the experience even more commendable. Above all, our sincere appreciation goes to the chefs, whose skill and dedication reflected in every dish served. Thank you once again for being such an important part of our special day.
