I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and my experience was truly delightful. What stood out the most was that the hotel is pet-friendly, which made our trip even more special as we were traveling with our furry companion. The staff welcomed our pet with warmth and made sure we were comfortable throughout the stay. The staff is extremely courteous, helpful, and well-trained. From the front desk to housekeeping..specially Mr. Rohan was really helpful. And restaurant teams — everyone ensured we felt at home. The food was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Every meal was well-prepared, fresh, and served with a smile. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The overall environment of the property is peaceful and family-friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone — especially those traveling with pets. Looking forward to visiting again! Thankyou Manas Team. Service: 5

We had a truly memorable experience at Manas Petting Zoo in Igatpuri! It was an impromptu stop during our road trip via the Samruddhi Mahamarg, and we were lucky to get a spot at Manas Petting Zoo without prior booking. The place is a paradise for kids — mine had an amazing time interacting with a wide variety of animals. From birds, monkeys, emus, iguanas, and a monitor lizard to nearly 40 friendly dogs, goats, and more — the diversity was incredible! The staff were humble and welcoming, and the manager was especially kind and helpful, making our stay even more comfortable. The amenities like the pool were well-maintained, and overall the property felt clean and family-friendly. A special mention must go to the live flute performance in the evening. Listening to soothing tunes from Roja and other A.R. Rahman classics under the stars was simply mesmerizing. The food was decent — nothing fancy, but it served its purpose well. What made the experience stand out was the genuine warmth of the place and the chance to be so close to nature and animals. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful, pet-friendly escape near Igatpuri!
