Disappointing Experience Visited Mamma Restaurant and found the overall experience underwhelming. The service was very slow and the food was overpriced for the quality offered. The soup was thick and jelly-like and we had to get it changed. Kadai chicken was more like vegetable kadai with few pieces of over cooked chicken. Food was just average and definitely not worth the price. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for value or timely service. I had the worst experience it was my first visit as my husband was saying before the food was nice ,so was excited about the parotta and varutharacha chicken curry but to my disappointment I had a very horrible welcoming from the hotel staff.when we reached there was a family waiting at the reception area no one is bothered to ask for waiting because we were treated in a way that we are like stray people waiting outside and no response will never ever visit this place and I will never suggest this restaurant but I should appreciate the security person who has guided as well than the staff inside
