Visited Mamma Restaurant in Petta, Kochi. The food was good — especially the chicken mappas, which was excellent. However, the service was very disappointing. Most of the waiters were rude and disrespectful, behaving as if we were eating there for free. It was quite uncomfortable to see the head waiters speaking rudely to the female staff right in front of customers. One tall North East girl stood out — she was polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name. The management really needs to improve the attitude and professionalism of the service staff, as it takes away from what could otherwise be a great dining experience. I had the worst experience it was my first visit as my husband was saying before the food was nice ,so was excited about the parotta and varutharacha chicken curry but to my disappointment I had a very horrible welcoming from the hotel staff.when we reached there was a family waiting at the reception area no one is bothered to ask for waiting because we were treated in a way that we are like stray people waiting outside and no response will never ever visit this place and I will never suggest this restaurant but I should appreciate the security person who has guided as well than the staff inside
