The food here is delicious, and the ambience is quite pleasant. The view from the 11th floor is definitely a highlight and adds to the experience. The staff is courteous and the service is quick and responsive. However, I felt that the team could benefit from some training in hospitality finesse. For instance, all the dishes—starters, mains, and pizza—were served together, without asking for our preference. By the time we finished the starters and got to the pizza, it had gone cold and was nearly inedible. There were other small but important issues too. The balcony, which offers a premium view, doubles as a smoking zone. We had chosen a table near it to enjoy the skyline, but had to move because it was full of restaurant staff scrolling their phones—far from the relaxing experience we had in mind. Additionally, the bill includes a “voluntary” 5% tip by default. While they do say it can be removed, most customers won’t feel comfortable asking to have it deducted at the counter, which feels a bit unfair. Overall, it’s a good place with great potential—just needs some attention to detail to deliver the kind of dining experience its location and food quality deserve. I went here to celebrate my birthday dinner, I loved the food and the ambience of this place is amazing , the interior is super Pinteresty. And the view from their outside sitting area is absolute pretty especially at Nighy you can see entire vijay nagar area. I would definitely recommend.
