1. Bad packaging.. the parcel was leaking 2. Had asked (special instructions) to make the food non spicy which was accepted but again spicy food was sent 3.food is tasty but please consider special instructions specially when you are accepting it and do work on packaging .. it's messy when it starts leaking and flavor and oil of one item mixes with another.
