Condescending towards indians. the staff treat koreans really well but indians are slightly looked down upon. This was my recent experience when i visited with my girlfriend. They insist upon service charge with is optional by indian law. But they print the bill in korean and say it's gst but it's not. The food is great but rules are very rigid and they argue with you if you ask for the service charge to be removed which is done without protest by any other restaurant in India. When I told them that Indian law makes service charge optional the person on the counter very condescendingly said "You may be indian, but we follow Korean rules ". it was very rude and hurtful to both me and my girlfr despite us appreciating their food so much.
