I’m a regular customer, but yesterday was honestly pathetic. The dosa wasn’t even made properly, and when I asked for chutney the staff behaved like they were doing me some big favour absolutely arrogant and rude. I ordered rice and it was so oily it was almost inedible. On top of that, the staff wouldn’t even give a plate. And the best part? While we were still sitting and eating, they literally switched off the fans and lights. Who does that? If this is the new standard here, it’s just not worth coming back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I regularly order food from Malgudi Meals, but this time, they disappointed us by sending sour Idli and samber; it's so Khatta in taste.
