pathetic restuarant..i don't know what made me to go there without reading the reviews,. poor service very average food and unreasonable prices. ... waste of money

Food was good. Ambience is photo-worthy. Restroom is bad and they don't have tissues. Found a cockroach in our table crawling over a fork, called the owner and he just shooed it off with his hands and said sorry mam. We ordered white pasta, kulcha with paneer jalfrezi, nachos grande and peach fuzz. Love the pasta and nachos. Don't go if you have ocd. Otherwise okay-okay. Price per person: ₹800–1,000

Our restaurant, Makhan Roti, clearly states that a one-hour prior table booking is mandatory to avail of the discount. Unfortunately, you had not made a prior reservation, and as per our policy, we were unable to extend the offer. Regarding payment through Zomato or Swiggy, we accept online payments as per their standard terms. However, third-party platform offers are subject to their policies and are not controlled by us. We always strive to maintain transparency and fairness for all our customers. If there was any misunderstanding, we regret the inconvenience. Makhan Roti what a Horrible taste and poor service Expensive and a total waste of money. Makhan Roti was in my list to try at least once and today I made it. A great ambiance,that should be appreciated,the only aspect one could enjoy. We entered the restaurant during the peak hours for lunch and it was only us ,which made us wonder why no one. To start off , We went on to place the order, . So we ordered sweet corn soup which was more of starch soup we had just paid for that without having, brocolli soup was pathetic , paneer tikka was so so...I would rate the soup 1/5.. Happened to be an A/C restaurant, it wasn't switched on. We had to request to switch it on once we started feeling hot. There were only 2 person to serve despite being a sunday.. It's been 6 mins since we ordered the starter, we were waiting to taste it and it arrived. Poor plating of the dish and one would never ever eat it on seeing. We had the first bite and we were awestruck, Masala khicya & masala papad.! Very bad. Then we went on to order roti & sabji which was good without any expectations. Later we got the fried rice served and even this dish was not at all hot and seemed like it was cooked long back. I would rate this (2/5). Sizzling brownie was a disaster.. (see photos) Bisleri water for which mrp is already 20/- they are charging 35/- & showing rules & regulations for the same. The best part is when I wanted to pay the bill using my zomato app, first he refused & then after saying i had a reservation he said ok to pay. Definitely got to improve on the service front, taste and the way the food is plated and served. Sunday you are running empty.!! Why ?? Think about it.! Do work on the food rates for the service you offer. Worst Experience! Siddharth Dungarwal had assisted us with lot of..!!
