Perfect place to have the authentic Banarasi chaat food in pink city. Mahak Banaras is located in Jagatpura serving the perfect chaat from Banaras to all the Jaipurites. The owners wanted to bring the authentic food from the city to Jaipur as it is savoured there and they’ve adhered to the same. The taste of the food is so good. The Chole BHATURA, litti chokha, aloo tikki, dahi vada, paalak patta chaat, raj kachori; everything was so good that you can’t resist yourself from ordering second time. Dahi vada feels like the homemade one, directly from mumma’s kitchen. And to my surprise the kitchen is run by the owner’s wife only who is so welcoming and a kind women.
