People suggest Pav Bhaji, please dont order that. Peri Peri fries was good, but according to quantity it was over priced. side dish was cheese dip, but was like a butter cube kept.schezwan rice and hakka noodles were good. Belgian chocolate milkshake was also overpriced.

We recently visited Madras Chronicle in Mahabalipuram and had a mixed experience. The quality of the food was fantastic, with great flavors and attention to detail in every dish. We ordered the Talumein Soup, Everything Asian Sizzler, Honey and Butter Pancakes, Grilled Veg Sandwich, and Filter Coffee. Each item tasted great, but there were some issues with the overall experience. One major disappointment was the pancakes. We ordered them as a main dish for breakfast, but they were served in a small portion, more like a dessert, topped with ice cream (which wasn’t mentioned on the menu). This wasn’t what we were expecting, and it was quite disappointing. In addition to that, the service was very slow. We arrived right when they opened at 11am, but the food was served almost 50 minutes after placing our order, which felt like a long wait for breakfast. On the positive side, the cafe is located in the heart of the city, and they offer parking for both bikes and cars, which is convenient. However, during peak hours, getting your vehicle back onto the main road can be difficult due to heavy traffic. While the food quality was great, I felt the pricing was on the higher side, especially considering the ambiance and the slow service. Overall, it’s a nice spot, but with some improvements in service speed and portion clarity, the experience could be much better.
