You shouldnt call yourselves a fine dining restaurant when you serve the customer with metal scraps bits in the food. The only response was to get another plate from the same vessel it was cooked in previously !!!
Horrible service.. horrible food .. and the so called manager didnt even understand when i explained what had happened !!!! Well done guys !!!
Else im okay to give negative ratings.
We went for lunch. They said meals will take 30 minutes and only option left is to opt for buffet. They have rice, gravies and fry for buffet but not for meals. Very strange.
Everything was prepared 5 to 6 hours before and dint ever bother to ensure its warmness. No taste. No service. No humanity. Only concentrated on money.
People should be happy in paying money for food and its basically called service industry. Donot forget.
