Dear Sir, thanks for your feedback. 1. We always have our feedback numbers at all our outlets whereby you can always give suggestions and complaints. 2. The date and timing of your complaint doesn’t correlate with the actual situation there so will suggest you to kindly send your invoice to us to check. 3. The problem seems to be with only refrigeration as Madhulika never use any chemical preservatives as rampant in grey market. For us your health is first. Madhulika has never compromised on quality, standards, ethics and public wellbeing's.
