the rice used for fried rice felt like rice distributed in ration shops . so thick . the whole experience was bad . the Korean wings tasted raw ...the insides was maroonish. very unnapetising order . feel the reviews are paid .

In the process of making it crispy, the Chickens were fried stone hard. I had ordered chicken crispy. Maybe the chef needs to cut thicker pieces of chicken. We could not eat.

Dear Sir please note we can assure you that the dish was made perfect and tasted by our team. however due to a longer distance for delivery and delivery partner related pick up delays etc the crispy would have become cold and hard which is largely how it reaches in the home delivery format. we request you to order from a nearby store in future as that could lead to better experience. Chicken Crispy has been our bestseller all this while but we still wud wish you had a better experience from Machaw.We respond to customer feedback promptly and have put on hold the said dish till we find a solution to reversing the on arrival quality of crispy. we value your feedback and regret the experience you had.Thanks for ordering !Team Machaw

Prawns in the noodles are not fresh as well as no salt in it. Chicken lollipops were to hard and non juicy.
