    Yash was a great help in placing and serving orders. Fun young team full of enthusiasm and chefs happily customise menu items to taste. Pic here is of coconut soufflé which not only looked great but was yummy in flavour too.     I am customer of machan since its inception ie 2003 around. The taste of its Bitter chicken has been best in whole varanasi. The dhabha style butter chicken with granuled ginger garlic gravy is matchless. I recommend it to all my near and dear ones. Hope the restaurant continues its 20 years old legacy.
