My friend and I were welcomed with Cauliflower Tempura at the table as a sweet gesture to spin our taste buds. To start with we first ordered for two appetisers one was the Conflit Chicken Poutine, this a Canadian delight for someone who enjoys big chunks of chicken dipped in red wine sauce and cheddar cheese and served with French fries and we also tried the Chicken Yakitori which was a Japanese Salad with a whole lot of sesame mixed with soy glazed chicken and garnished with burn garlic & served with Kale leaves.
Then we went on to ordering our main course. The Braised Mutton Leg was the first thing that caught my attention on the menu , this is a must try for someone who is a red meat lover. It was shredded pieces of meat sautéed and placed in between green sheets of home made pasta and served along with a tomato and caramelised yogurt base ; this dish was the cherry on the icing for me. Along with this we tried the Mushroom Risotto which was made in white wine, truffle & a lots of mushroom to top it up. We also called for the Baked Chicken Breast which were two big pieces of juicy grilled chicken and served with a cauliflower & spinach pure as the base and the restaurant staff were very accommodating where they replaced pieces of Cauliflower with Broccoli as my friend was in the mood to have some broccoli along.
Last but not the least we went to ordering dessert, where the meal would have been incomplete with out the Layered Cake. This was sponge cake with layers of chocolate, almonds and caramel in between served with inhouse butter scotch ice-cream.
All in All I had a very lovely experience, even more because the restaurant had a live kitchen where the food cooked inside was brought out to a large granite table and plated in front of the guests which made it a more enriching experience for us.

The chefs at Mable are the Masters of the culinary arts.
And the ambience, look and feel of the place is perfect to the T.
You know you gotta go back when you're left wanting for more but can stuff no more.
Kudos to everybody responsible for making this place work!

Since we were a large group of people, we got to try out a bunch of different things. For starters, we opted for the torched mackarel and the chicken yakitori dishes. The meat was fresh and perfectly crispy. If you absolutely had to try one dish, I'd definitely recommend the chicken. It's beyond delicious.
We also tried the mushroom risotto and the coal roasted prawns. The roasted prawns was one of the best seafood dishes I've tasted in the city. The mushroom risotto was rich and creamy and quite filling as well.
I'd also suggest sharing a plate of the vegetable fritters and the fish croquettes because quite honestly it's difficult to choose just 1 or 2 dishes from their menu. Everything we tried was bang on and we were basically stuffed. We still managed to squeeze in dessert though, which was a strawberry tart and the decadent chocolate. It was the perfect way to end our meal. Lovely service, delicious food and a beautiful ambience. Couldn't ask for a better dining experience. Definitely worth a visit.
