Disappointed with Service and Attitude* I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Maa Santoshi in Bapujinagar, Bhubaneswar. I politely asked for just a piece of onion, but shockingly, all four staff members refused to provide it. When I approached the owner sitting at the cash counter, instead of understanding the situation, he responded very rudely like an idiot. On top of that, the pricing was unfair — they charged more for a dish than what is usually charged at other nearby restaurants for the same ite with better taste. Hospitality and basic courtesy were completely missing here. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
