A cute place to hangout with your friends after tuitions. Their food is average. Service is good. I ordered mix sauce passta which was good. They serve alot of quantity in less price.

i got burned food and sent them the pic of the food and when i called they say u have to call customer service where zomato care keep delaying you for 4 hours, keeping me more hungry, saying we will avoid this in near future, but not solving my case at hand & still after 4 hours they let me be and didn't replace my food neither refunded my money (saying we cannot do it).
Such a simple task of providing quality food, which MWB foody bells didn't do. Worst experience.

Hello, Manish thanks for sharing your experience.. , we did not found any burnt food in the picture shared by you . the food was not burnt at all, we check every food items before handing over to delivery boys, we have automated baking ovens in which the cooking time is calculated exactly so that the food wont get burnt at all... the blacks spots are normal and you will find it in all over the items whether you buy our pizza,garlic breads,pasta(or any baked items) those are normal black spots which are formed during cooking. well, still after listening to you we have told you that we are still ready to replace the items .. but for that you need to call zomato customer care. because your order was delivered by zomato and we do not provide deliveries from our end. we did not denied for replacement. thanks for your feedback and we never want to loose our customers but we personally request you that don't add any negative comments for refunds, untill you are sure about the quality or not.. every restaurant has its own taste and quality. it feels really bad when someone says that they did not get "good and quality food". but this time i personally take the responsibility that the food served was not burnt at all...we always do our best to provide "good quality,quantity,reasonable and hygienic food" served with love to our customers. thankyou
