I have been to almost all MTRs in Bangalore & abroad too but this one was the worst. First of the all, the greet is so disrespectful. The waiters look so occupied and irritated that they don’t even greet well or welcome you. Hospitality is minimal here. They only speak Kannada and if you try to ask anything regarding the menu, they are quite rude. I had a special thali which was good in taste but at the end in my ice cream there was a strand of hair. After I told this to the waiter, he laughed and simply ignored it. He did nothing. Exactly! I feel MTR is just a name now. The food is undoubtedly good in taste but the service is degrading. I hope this review comes in use and you don’t face what I did. Great place to have south indian meals. We loved the dosa and button idly, badam halwa and badam milk were good too. Only thing I didn't like was the coffee, it was wayy too bitter. Good service too. Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
