other two items are good.please improve the lotus stem softness and taste. I have had it at your restaurant. the delivered ones taste very different and seems like there is very less honey.

I visited this restaurant last night and was extremely unhappy with the service. Right from the start, the staff, including the waiters and the manager, were rude. Plates were literally banged onto our table without any basic courtesy. The AC wasn’t switched on despite the uncomfortable heat, and when we asked about it or tried to make any inquiry, the responses were dismissive and disrespectful. This level of behavior across the entire staff clearly shows a lack of training and basic hospitality. Definitely not going back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting a pleasant dining experience.
